If your order has a cracked bottle upon arrival, carefully dump the package into a large enough bowl to catch the oil, take a clear photo of the broken bottle and soaked wrapping materials. Send the pictures to services@realleafoil.com along with your name, return address. Please allow Asclepius LLC time to put you back into the system to send you a replacement bottle (with oil in it), usually about two weeks (unless we are out of that size). Save as much of the oil that did arrive, it'll be just as good.
We have the right to dispute your claim and will do so in writing if that is our decision.
If the oil did not work on your alement, (Please accept our sincere apologies that our product didn't satisfy your needs) you have (3) three days from receiving the shipment & (10) ten days from when the product was shipped, to submit a refund claim. Do so by submitting a photo of the unused portion of the container, with the reasoning for the refund request to services@realleafoil.com. Asclepius LLC will review the submission and refund you the appropriate amount of refund, based on usage of the product, from the photos submitted. Please give the unused oil to someone else you think may be in pain and might need it.
